She helped me negotiate compelling terms for my offer that helped my offer get accepted, despite not being the highest offer, and was able to give me great advice for the negotiation process. "Sara helped guide us through the buying process as a first time buyer and walked us step-by-step. She was well knowledgeable in every aspect and had a connection with all the right people. All of her connections were super helpful in answering every little question which made us feel better as a buyer. My only regret was the seller's required quick closure which in hindsight, made the already stressful process even more so and if I was to purchase another home, I would turn down. But Sara was quick to answer all questions and calls, even late at night or weekends. She was always on top of every situation before I even asked."

"What can I possibly not say about Sara?!?! She is an all around rockstar and an absolute delight to go through the entire home buying process with. She was essentially a one stop shop, was beyond patient with us, went above and beyond to keep everything in order (other peoples missteps, not hers!). She was always on top of her and ahead of her timelines while making sure us, the buyers, had limited stress and could actually enjoy the process. We love Sara and if we buy another property it will be through her!! Can’t thank her or recommend her enough. Stellar and #1 for sure!"
